Challenge 9: Targets

Today we are taking an accuracy test.

  1. Place your cones in the range of distances shown in the session plan 10,15, 20, 25 yards from your start marker. Your job is to knock them all down- time how long it takes you. Use as many balls as you like but chase them once you run out.
  2. The second part of the drill is to design a homemade target practice- let’s get creative here and film it.
  3. Also, for some conditioning – shuttle run, cover the distances shown.
