Challenge 1: T-Drill

Player runs at speed carrying the ball out to the furtherest central marker, turn left/right, rounds the cone and returns back to the opposite side of the t. Player then proceeds with the ball to the central marker midway back to start position.

  • x5 left foot
  • x5 right foot
  • x5 both feet
  • x5 no ball
