Challenge 15: Home Run

Players set up two diamonds, one large with gates at each point and another smaller one to start in.

Players carry the ball out through the top gate and round the diamond, via the gates, until they get back to their start point.

Use different turns, L & R foot, and change the direction.

FITNESS: complete x3 full home runs and time your best score without the ball.
