Challenge 6: 18 YardLine Challenge (adjust distance to suit)

2 Parts

Part 1
Player plays the ball from the byline out to the 18 yard line with a pass, following the ball at speed.
Player must turn and strike before the ball comes to a stop.

Part 2
Same drill but a kick out from the hands. Try to score with one or two bounces hitting the net of the full.
