Challenge 10: Conditioning

Today we have set up a condtioning circuit. Player moves out to the four points and completes ten actions of each circuit exercise as quickly as possible. Try to do three rounds of the circuits (x3).

Some ideas to add the football in to this drill include- juggling to each station and/or shooting upon return to the home marker. Feel free to change exercises to suit your age or level. Enjoy!
