Challenge 13: Coloured Gates

In this challenge players set up four sets of coloured gates 10-yards apart.

Starting between the 1st gate they attempt a skill before moving out to the next gate.

Younger players can do x5 reps on each exercise, older players x10.

Complete the following; Inside Taps, Toe taps, Pull-Push, Roll-outs.

Elite players can work with harder exercises like juggling, V-shape behind leg, Triangle shape, cryuff turns etc.

Complete this x5/x10 times and record your best time.
