Challenge 8: 20, 40, 60 OR 10, 20, 30

Every footballer needs to run, especially over Easter…

Today players must complete each of the distances- with ball x5 times and without the ball x5 times.

Have a minute break between reps. Average out your score over the 5 efforts and aim to not have a big difference between 1st rep and last rep.

Add a goal in and shoot as you return each time (x3 balls required). This drill can be used all season long!
